The Big and Bright story began with a conversation between a real estate investor and a real estate attorney, both trying to find a way to ensure borrowers are treated fairly, while lenders are able to make sound investments in real estate mortgages. As word spread, we began writing paper throughout the State of Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Midland/Odessa, and Central Texas.
