This was the most stress free mortgage transaction we have had. My husband has worked in the mortgage industry for a long time, and he was very impressed with the service we received. It was very obvious that Mark and his entire team really love what they do. Our Realtor was also very impressed with you guys. She said she will be keeping you in mind for future buyers she has. -Melissa and Tim P.
Everyone was great. I am a first time home buyer and there is a lot that has to be done. After meeting with Mark, I felt confident that I would be guided in the correct direction.

Before you get pre-qualified you need to know that it takes 15 minutes to submit, we have a team email, and the Mortgage Mark Team is great.
If the loan app takes more than 15 minutes then you're trying too hard.
We want the basics in the loan application: names, birthdays, social security numbers, where you work, how much you make, etc.
The loan application is silly and ask dumb, granular questions.
In short, if you don't know the information off the top of your head then skip the question.
Mark "jokes" that the Mortgage Mark Team does all the hard work and he takes all the credit.

The home loan process consists of three stages.
The first stage is qualifying for a mortgage.
It involves doing homework and getting pre-approved for a home loan.
The second stage (assuming it's not a refinance) is house hunting.
It involves selecting a Realtor and getting a purchase contract on a home.
The last stage (assuming you're not paying cash) is to go through the mortgage loan process and close on the home.
The Mortgage Mark Team can guide you through these stages and answer all your questions.
