Donna Mullen and her team have helped us through multiple moves and refinancing and made things possible for us from an ownership perspective that we didn't initially think was possible. Being self employed, dealing with Banks is a nightmare. Donna did all the running around to make sure that we got what we needed during hectic times of our lives which must have been very inconvenient based on my international travel schedule. We will continue to look to Donna for help with any future ventures.

My fiance and I had the MOST positive experience working with Donna and Jordon to get a mortgage for our first house, which is a new build townhouse. After receiving poor advice from another broker which resulted in a few months of significant stress, thinking we would need to forfeit our deposit and lose the house we'd been driving past every week to check on, Donna came to the rescue!

The slogan at Donna's office is "Be Educated", and Donna and Jordon truly make sure that their clients are educated. Donna spent time with us to go through our options and to make a plan for us to get the best possible mortgage and Jordon made sure we understood all the aspects of our mortgage agreement and gave us advice as first time home buyers. Donna and Jordon are true professionals but are also personable and caring; Donna's enthusiasm and encouragement through this process and her acknowledgement of the hard work it took to save for our down payment made us feel valued and made us excited again after months of dread. The heart painted on their fence is a great representation of their business! My only regret is not talking to Donna and Jordon first!
