The Principals of the Company are known mortgage banking professionals who have over one hundred years of combined experience in all facets of mortgage banking, including the analysis, valuation and marketing of mortgage servicing, whole loans and mortgage companies. These individuals have been involved in the marketing and evaluation of over $1 Trillion of mortgage servicing rights and $50 Billion of whole loans within the last ten years.

Since 1990, two of the principals have been directly involved with the analysis, sale or acquisition of eighty mortgage banking companies.
