As the President and Processing Manager of the company, Deborah Bates-Cole oversees the day-to-day activities of the processing center.
She brings 25+ years experience in the mortgage industry to the company.
Debbie started in the business as a receptionist and quickly rose through the ranks to full-fledged loan processor, as she has been since 1993.

Processing Fees include one (1) submission and includes one (1) borrower or two (2) married borrowers.
Any charges to Reliant Processing Center, Inc. for borrower verifications, etc, including non toll-free telephone charges and service fees i.e.
The Work Number, "1-900" telephone charges for VOD's, etc.
Additional fees for work done beyond the terms of the Agreement may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Reliant Processing Center, Inc. will provide a detailed invoice to document all fees and expenses.
Any charges to Reliant Processing Center, Inc. for borrower verifications, etc, including non toll-free telephone charges and service fees i.e.

You will reduce your overhead by eliminating salaries, benefits, sick time, vacation time, worker's comp, etc.
Selecting the lender, loan program, running a credit report (tri-merge), and locking the rate.
Collecting the supporting documentation from the borrower and forwarding it to us along with the loan package.
We will provide you with a list of missing items in order for you to contact the borrower.
Normally a file is reviewed within 24 hours of receiving it.
As you know, the processing time for a file depends on a number of factors including the type of loan, how complete the file is when submitted to us, how quick the title companies and appraisers are, how cooperative your borrowers are, etc. Taking this into consideration, it is in everyone's best interest for us to complete the process as quickly as possible.
