David Lebowitz is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years.
Starting in the business by accident, at a young age, he quickly fell in love with all aspects of the mortgage industry.
After establishing himself as a trusted mortgage professional in the greater Baltimore area, he sought out the beautiful climate that draws so many people to Southwest Florida.
David has been happy to call Naples his home for the past 11 years.

It's generally a good time to refinance when mortgage rates are 2% lower than the current rate on your loan.
It may be a viable option even if the interest rate difference is only 1% or less.

Example: Your payment, excluding taxes and insurance, would be about $770 on a $100,000 loan at 8.5%; if the rate were lowered to 7.5%, your payment would then be $700, now you're saving $70 per month.

We will need every page of any statements you provide; if a page is numbered, but blank, it will still need to be included.
Closing funds must come from accounts that are verified by underwriting which will be the statements you will provide to us.
Please do not move or transfer funds and please limit unexplained deposits into your account until closing.
It is also very important that you DO NOT apply for any additional credit (such as car loans, credit cards, etc.) or have your credit report pulled after the application process is complete, because it will cause delays in closing.
