Chester's career in real estate and finance spans over 40 years.
He joined Union Capital Mortgage Corp in 1993 and is currently the Owner and Manager of the 35-year old company.
In 1997 Chester founded and was CEO of Maritime Trust Company, a national company focusing on community waterfront redevelopment projects.
The company designs, plans and develops maritime and urban waterfront properties often in partnership with public agencies.
In 2003 he accepted a buyout offer from a Chicago based company which continues to develop the projects he initiated.
