K Dee Horton, is a life time resident of LaGrange, GA and is the Branch Manager of the Statewide office located in LaGrange.
Ms. Horton has been a mortgage loan originator since 2006, and the branch manager since 2011.
Ms. Horton has extensive knowledge of all standard mortgage products including: FHA, VA, USDA, Convention, Jumbo, etc. Her vast knowledge of mortgage products allows Ms. Horton to meet your mortgage needs with the best option possible.
Ms. Horton has met all federal licensing requirements and is licensed in the state of Georgia and Alabama.

Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have programs available that will allow homeowners that owe more than their property is worth to refinance.
