Alex L. Hurwitz has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, including working for a New York City apartment developer and an institutional loan originator and servicer.
As a loan underwriter for M&T Realty Capital (Baltimore, MD) he was responsible for evaluating multifamily loan requests in terms of credit quality, structure, performance, valuation, and candidacy for a GSE execution.
Augmenting this valuable institutional experience is his four years as a project manager for The Hudson Companies, Inc., a NYC based multifamily developer/manager.
