I was given a 45-60 day estimate and it took 10 weeks for my loan to close.
I provided all documents and information immediately upon request.
Cost also seemed high but I also have nothing to compare it to, so maybe it's just because it is my first time.
I do enjoy the videos Aaron puts out to keep us informed on the market, trends, and rates.
Overall, this was a good experience.
