In the beginning, he was a Soldier by day and a Home Loan Specialist by night., Dwight had been in the military for 12 years when he decided to part ways with the Army due to injuries he had received over his years of service.
Because he was passionate about the mortgage industry and wanted to continue to serve others, he decided to become a full time Loan Officer in 1997. Over the next 10 years, Dwight worked with a few different companies. Eventually, he decided to journey out on his own, and in 2013, he began operating under the name Osie, Inc., after his late grandmother.

After helping to create retail branches and several joint ventures with top real estate companies Dwight decided it was time for him to start his own company.
His 22 years of experience as a loan officer has led the Affinity team to be second to none in the Colorado Springs area.

Professionally, Ryan started his career as a mechanical engineer in 2002, he then transitioned into teaching and coaching.
