With an extensive lending network and access to non-conventional and SBA programs, we're able to pinpoint with accuracy loans that fit credit criteria best. We also offer real estate pack- aging for agency non-recourse loans, Fannie, Freddie, USDA, and conduit lending packaging. Loan amounts from $100,000 to $5 million are available with a 25 year fully amortized term.

Through his banking background, Randy founded Denali Commercial Mortgage in 2012.
Randy is passionate about helping people fulfill their dreams and is dedicated to securing the right loans and funding to match clients' needs.
Outside of the office, Randy enjoys running, yard work, hobby repairs, and spending time with his wife, Connie, dogs, two children, and seven grandchildren.
