Ann is a life long resident of Eastern Idaho. Born and raised in Teton Valley, she met her husband Bill at Brigham Young University. They have been married for 40 years and have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Ann and Bill have been business owners/partners in several successful ventures including Homecare Medical Equipment, a multi-state respiratory company and Pierre's Playhouse Melodrama Theatre/Pierre's Dutch Oven Restaurant.
After selling their respiratory company to a national concern, Ann's expertise in the service industry made for a smooth transition into the mortgage field, and in 2003, she felt that it was time to start a mortgage company that carried the same values and integrity as her previous businesses. Nexus Financial Group Idaho (renamed Nexus Mortgage Lending in 2018) was born, and has continued to thrive based solely upon word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients.
