Rotella Mortgage distinguishes itself from the competition with unmatched honesty, integrity and customer service. Rotella has been a trusted name in the Omaha area for over 80 years and our friendly staff has over 80 years combined experience in the mortgage industry. Our main source of business is from client and realtor referrals, so we understand the importance of treating every borrower with courtesy and respect.

We understand that home financing is probably the largest financial transaction a consumer will make in his/her lifetime. It is for this reason that Rotella Mortgage encourages consumers to compare our rates, programs and customer service before making this life changing decision. We are confident that after reviewing several companies, Rotella Mortgage will always come out on top.

Rotella Mortgage is proud to announce that Al Rotella and Richard Onderlinde have been awarded the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). NAMB has rolled out the integrity seal so consumers can identify mortgage brokers that have distanced themselves from their peers by continuously practicing high moral and ethical standards in the mortgage industry.

Al graduated from UNO in 1983 and was hired by Millard North High School as a mathematics teacher and coach.
He received his Masters Degree in 1989 and continued with Millard North until his retirement in 1998.
Leaving teaching was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made.
The kids were great, and they gave me some fantastic memories.
In 1998, Al entered the mortgage industry with one of the largest mortgage companies in Nebraska.
After working as a loan officer for two years, Al took the position of Regional Manager, overseeing eight branches.
Rotella Mortgage's most popular home purchase program is a Fannie Mae, 80/10/10 loan.
This loan is broken up into an 80% 1st mortgage, coupled with a 10% second mortgage.
This allows the consumer to purchase a new home with a minimal 10% down payment and still qualify for great low rates.
It also eliminates the need for the costly private mortgage insurance premium.
Of course, many other options are available for home loans.

Adjustable Rate: An interest rate that changes periodically in relation to an index.
Payments may increase or decrease accordingly.
Amortization: A repayment method in which the amount you borrow is repaid gradually though regular monthly payments of principal and interest.
During the first few years, most of each payment is applied toward the interest owed.
During the final years of the loan, payment amounts are applied almost exclusively to the remaining principal.
Annual Membership: An amount that may be charged annually for having a line of credit available.
This is the 2nd time we've worked with Rotella Mortgage to help finance our home.
Our first experience, 3 years ago, working with Al was wonderful.
He took the time needed to walk us through the entire process, explaining every detail, even answering questions regarding the home buying process that didn't involve him!
He helped us secure the purchase of our home with ease and helped relieve so much stress in the process!
We were recently looking to refinance our home to a shorter term and knew working with Rotella was the only way to go.
Your credit score is probably the single most important component to consider when making some of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
Private mortgage insurance (PMI) is basically an insurance policy taken out by your lender to insure themt.
Most consumers qualify for both type of loans, so what are the reasons to choose one over the other?
